Village of Minooka, Assistant Village Administrator

The Village of Minooka, a rapidly growing community of
10,900+/- residents located in the growth belt of
Will/Kendall/Grundy Counties, is seeking an Assistant Village
Administrator with an emphasis in planning/development. This
candidate will provide support to the Village Administrator's
office with other responsibilities including risk management,
human resources, budget review and preparation, representation
of Village on various Boards and Commissions, liaison to
community groups, and lead contact on special projects The
candidate must be a self-starter with a Bachelor's Degree in
Public Administration, Planning, Urban Studies or related field
from an accredited college, and two years of municipal office
experience. MPA preferred. Any combination of experience and/or
education that demonstrates knowledge of the above duties will
be considered. The candidate must also be able to attend evening
meetings.

The starting salary for this position will depend on
qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Position
