Minooka utility bills include the following village services: Garbage, Sewer and Water. The bills are sent on a bi-monthly billing schedule with bills being sent the first day of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November. After the bill is sent out on the first of the month the customer has 15 days to pay bill before a penalty of 10% is rendered. Final Notices are issued to any customer in arrears of payment and will be disconnected from service.

The Village offers electronic payment of Village utility bills. Direct debit allows residents to register for an automatic deduction from their banking account on the 20th day of the month utility bills are issued. To register, contact the Village as 815-467-2151.

Village utility bill payments may be made at the Minooka Village Hall located at 121 E. McEvilly Road offers personal service during the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Drop Box payments may be made anytime (the drop box is located on the wall of the building to the left of the main entrance door)
Residents and property owners can pay their utility bills using GovPayNet. GovPayNet is a payment service provided by a outside agency. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Debit Card. A minimal convenience fee is charged with each transaction; however the fee is not charged or collected by the Village. All fees go to GovPayNet for use of the service.
Residents and property owners can pay their utility bills using Illinois EPAY. Illinois EPAY is a payment service provided by State of Illinois Treasurer’s office. Payments can be made by Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards or E-Checks. Visa is not currently accepted by the state. A minimal convenience fee is charged with each transaction; however the fee is not charged or collected by the Village. All fees go to the state for use of the service.
