Planning and Zoning

In order to appear before the Minooka Planning and Zoning Commission, the Planning and Zoning Application must be completed with all applicable fees paid.

The Planning and Zoning Commission considers requests for zoning appeals, amendments, variances, conditional permitted uses, preliminary plats, and final plats. The Planning and Zoning Commission typically meets on the second Tuesday of every month unless there is a lack of quorum or agenda items.
