Village Notification System

Everbridge is a FREE mass notification system available to Minooka residents that will send you alerts concerning community events, time-sensitive alerts and/or emergency information that may impact your area via phone call, text message, email or app notification. 

Notification Program Overview

We have launched a new Mass Notification service that allows us to alert you. To subscribe you must opt-in to enter your contact information and choose the notification types you wish to receive. The information you provide is protected and will not be used for any other purpose.

How It Works

When we issue a notification about upcoming events, a potential safety hazard or concern, you will receive a message on the voice or text communication methods that you have registered. If requested for the notification, you can confirm that you have received the message and you will not be contacted by any subsequent methods regarding that  particular notification. If you do not confirm, the system will continue to attempt to reach you at all of the contact paths that you have registered.

Create an account and add your contact and location information into the Mass Notification system.  All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.

By downloading the Everbridge Mobile App, you can select to receive notifications concerning community events, time-sensitive alerts and/or emergency information that may impact your area. 

• Allow Everbridge to send Push Notifications 
• Select "Find and Organization or Subscription" 
• Search "Minooka"
• Select "Village of Minooka"
• Log in with you Everbridge username and password. If you don't have credentials, create them now. 

*One delivery method must be provided (phone or email) in order to receive alerts
