The Village of Minooka Transparency Portal is intended to provide residents with accurate, up-to-date information regarding significant development projects that are proposed, under review, approved, or under construction within the Village.

Information provided within this portal is intended to help the public stay informed throughout the development process. All proposed developments remain subject to review and approval by Village Staff, the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Village Board, and any other applicable regulatory agencies as required.
